Express Employment Professionals is active in its communities both nationally and locally through its franchise offices. Express gives back in order to help communities, organizations and individuals succeed. The Express corporate giving program reflects the company's vision to help as many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many businesses as possible find good people.

The Philanthropic Committee of Express Employment Professionals meets quarterly to review proposals. If you would like to submit a request for funding, please observe the following deadlines for each quarter:

Committee meeting March 21, 2012. First quarter deadline March 2, 2012.
Committee meeting either June 13 or 20, 2012. Second quarter deadline is May 24 or June 1, 2012.
Committee meeting September 19, 2012. Third quarter deadline is August 31, 2012.
Committee meeting December 6, 2012. Fourth quarter deadline is November 16, 2012.

Organizations requesting support from Express must be registered charitable organizations or non-profit agencies located in an area where Express has a strong business presence.

To receive consideration, proposals must be submitted in writing and should include:

General background information or history of the organization or group making the request
Its purpose and mission statement
Contact name, address and phone (e-mail address if available)
Amount requested (please be specific)
Impact: Who will benefit from the donation? How will the funds be used?
If the request is for an event sponsorship, include event details and dates
Any deadlines that need to be observed
Benefits to Express (publicity, recognition, tickets to event, etc.)

Please complete and include the Charitable Contribution Request Form, attaching it as a cover sheet to your proposal.

Those approved for funding will be notified within 10 days of the committee’s decision.
